Lulu the office manager really goes out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly from explaining treatment to finance, the receptionist are very friendly and the dr took his time to make sure i felt comfortable! I was treated with the highest level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail from the warm welcome to the exceptional service I received throughout my continuity of care. The front desk staff: Lupe, Lulu the manager, and Julie. Who set the tone for the entire visit. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but also highly organized, attentive, and professional. From checking me in to handling insurance questions. Then there is Doctor K, Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable. Doctor K took the time to explain every step of the procedure/interventions which helped me feel at ease.
